When lots of people tell you that you would like a movie I get a little nervous. The expectations get raised and it can hardly live up to the hype. I’ve heard from quite a few people that Yesterday was a really good movie. Then, the guys on the Movies.Over.Easy. podcast made it one of their 4 choices for the Eggy’s. Ok, I’ll give it a shot.
I like the Beatles but they’re not my favorites. (Oh, let it go, I’m entitled to my opinion.) I gotta say though, I was not disappointed at all. I really liked it. With a director like Danny Boyle and writer like Richard Curtis you’ve got a real good chance that it’s gonna be everything promised…and more.
Thanks for the recommendation everyone. You were right.
