Follows a reclusive romance novelist who was sure nothing could be worse than getting stuck on a book tour with her cover model, until a kidnapping attempt sweeps them both into a cutthroat jungle adventure, proving life can be so much stranger, and more romantic, than any of her paperback fictions.

The Lost City
The adventure is real. The heroes are not.

When the first trailers arrived for The Lost City, it looked like the kind of movies from years ago that they just don’t make anymore. No superheroes and just a light, somewhat romantic comedy with Sandra Bullock doing her best Sandra Bullock impression.
The movie was fun and entertaining and just as you would think from the trailer, Brad Pitt stole the movie, even though he didn’t have a huge part.
The only thing I had against it is the scene where she crawls through the tunnel. My claustrophobia is real!
LOVED IT
Although cleared inspired by Romancing the Stone.
But still fun.
