This is yet another movie that Hollywood choose to make hoping to capitalize on a surprise sensation of a book with an unusual story. Perhaps the book grabbed readers attention and enthusiasm, the movie falls short. The downfall is that it starts out very weak and ultimately it is too much for the last half of the movie to make up for. Too bad. The last half of this movie has a bit of a feel of Vantage Point in that you keep learning new things as each character’s version of events is revealed. Overall the story would not have been too bad if it was told in the same fashion throughout. (6/10)
