Synopsis and Details
The epic saga continues as Luke Skywalker, in hopes of defeating the evil Galactic Empire, learns the ways of the Jedi from aging master Yoda. But Darth Vader is more determined than ever to capture Luke. Meanwhile, rebel leader Princess Leia, cocky Han Solo, Chewbacca, and droids C-3PO and R2-D2 are thrown into various stages of capture, betrayal and despair.

In an iconic movie series, The Empire Strikes Back is the iconic movie of the group. So many of the memorable events, scenes and quotes are from this movie. Seeing it again in the theater was as good as I had hoped it would be. Of the original trilogy (which they would have been fine to stop at) this one was truly the best and like the others it feels so much bigger in the theater. It’s hard to feel the vastness of space no matter how big you TV is. I’m ready for new releases but I’m really enjoying these classics again.
