In-home movie screenings are really a mixed bag. You don’t know if they are throwing out some low-budget movie for some publicity or if it was a movie that was expected to do well in theaters. Songbird has some “name” actors but this is a movie that was fast-tracked so quickly that they didn’t take time to make it remotely plausible. It was almost like they wanted you to laugh in the oddest parts of the movie.
It’s an interesting concept about a virus that is killing people everywhere in 2023 and 1% of the population is immune so they are basically the only oneS that can even leave their house legally.
Hmmm, sound familiar at all?
It could have been better, even for a low-budget movie, but someone took too many shortcuts.
And one more thing, what in the world does Songbird have to do with a world-wide virus?
