Clocking in at less than 90 minutes, Rubber says what it wants to say and “rolls” off into the sunset. I’m not going to lie, it was a weird little movie but I actually laughed out loud a couple times. It opens with a monologue about things in movies that happen for No Reason. Right away, you are in on the joke and then the insanity begins. Most people will turn it off before the bunny explodes but if you want something a little quirky, this might just be a movie for you.
