At least it’s a great theater to see a “big” movie like that! – That’s my consolation seeing this movie.
I know that I’m not the target audience for the Fast and Furious movies and I’m ok with that. Sometimes, though, there’s nothing else to see so you go to see the spectacle of it. Lots of explosions and fast cars have become destroying the world via satellite and gravity-defying cars that fly over canyons…and that doesn’t even begin to explain the Fiero with a rocket on it that goes into space. Yes, that means outer space as in miles and miles above the earth.
It’s a ridiculous premise but you must know that by now which makes the philosophy of Vin Diesel seem that much more confusing. But to their credit, this is #9 so people are watching these movies and will continue to.
If you like car chases and shoot-outs where the “good guys” never miss and the “bad guys” never hit their target, this was made for you.
